The Fantauzzo

This iconic art series hotel, centrally located in the equally iconic Howard Smith Wharves, features the works of esteemed Australian artist Vince Fantauzzo.

On this unique project, we worked closely with our client to deliver first-class solutions that match the hotel’s boutique focus. Within the Fantauzzo, we provided discreet VRF air conditioning solutions for 166 boutique rooms, along with BMS, ventilation and preconditioning solutions for the hotel’s numerous kitchens, common areas, function spaces, and commercial tenancies.
