Spice Apartments brings architecturally designed apartments together with stunning views and absolute river frontage in busy South Brisbane. This high-end residential tower features short term accommodation facilities and 267 apartments spread across 14 stories and two towers.

Here, we worked with our client to deliver cooling and exhaust systems across the development that aligned with its luxurious and bespoke nature. In particular, ducted air conditioning across all residential apartments, and water cooled VRF energy efficient air conditioning within the ground floor retail spaces and common areas including lobbies and gymnasium. An exhaust system was also provided for the Level 2 car park.
